Illuminutopia focuses on achieving the objective stated above - to illuminate the way to utopia, an ideal society in all ways. Its purpose is to make a positive difference in the world. The Illuminutopia group consists of two organizations. Illuminutopia Spirit, Inc. is focused on helping individuals and society in general. The individual work is focusing on healing of mind, body and spirit, while the work with society is focused on dealing with work that is not focused on individuals or a specific organization. For example, this work includes improving the lives of people in general (or in groups) and animals, in addition to addressing nature. This web site is the one for Illuminutopia Spirit, Inc., while the web site for the other organization is located at www.illuminutopia.com. Illuminutopia, LLC is focused on improving various types of organizations through consulting, workshops and training. The LLC also publishes our books, CDs and DVDs.

Illuminutopia Spirit, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization, while Illuminutopia, LLC is a for-profit organization. All of the stock of Illuminutopia, LLC is owned by Illuminutopia Spirit, Inc. The logic for this division follows. We did not expect the individual healing and think tank (addressing society) areas to be very profitable. Both of these areas include providing a significant portion of our services on a sliding scale (based on ability to pay) or pro bono (free) basis. Thus, we ensure that those who cannot afford to pay for our services are not prevented from getting the help they need and desire.
